HIFU (high-intensity focused ultrasound) is the general name for this kind of treatment, and it’s what we offer. We want to be clear: we don’t use the Ultherapy-branded device. What results to expect
- Gradual, not instant. Collagen builds over time. Most people see the best results around 6 months after treatment.
- How long it lasts. Results typically last 1 to 2 years, depending on your skin and age. A touch-up at 6 months helps keep them.
- Best for mild to moderate loose skin on the jawline, under the chin, cheeks and brows.
- Honest limits. HIFU is not a facelift. We don’t promise results on under-eye bags, and very loose skin may need a surgical option.

Who shouldn’t have HIFU
We’ll go over your medical history at your free consultation. HIFU is not recommended if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have open wounds, active acne or a skin infection in the area.
- Have metal implants, fillers or threads in the treatment area (tell us, so we can plan around them).
- Have an autoimmune or skin condition that affects healing, or take medications that do.
